At Biolit, your satisfaction matters to us.
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please review our refund policy below.

1. Return Eligibility

We accept returns under the following conditions:

  • The return request is made within 30 days of delivery

  • The product is unopened, unused, and in its original packaging

  • Proof of purchase is provided

Due to the nature of dietary supplements, we cannot accept returns of opened products for health and safety reasons.

2. How to Request a Return

Please include:

  • Your full name

  • Order number

  • Reason for return

If your return is approved, we will provide return instructions.

Returns sent without prior approval may not be accepted.

3. Return Shipping Costs

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless:

  • The product was damaged upon arrival

  • The wrong product was sent

We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as we are not responsible for lost return shipments.

4. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect:

  • Contact us within 7 days of delivery

  • Provide photos of the product and packaging

We will replace the item or issue a refund at no additional cost.

5. Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect the returned product:

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 5–10 business days

  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method

Please note that your bank or payment provider may require additional processing time.

Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

6. Non-Refundable Items

We cannot accept returns or issue refunds for:

  • Opened supplements

  • Used products

  • Gift cards (if applicable)

  • Clearance or promotional items (if specified at purchase)

7. Order Cancellations

Orders may be canceled only if they have not yet been processed or shipped.

Once an order has been shipped, it must follow the return procedure outlined above.

8. Health & Safety Notice

As Biolit products are ingestible dietary supplements, strict hygiene and safety standards apply.

For this reason, opened products cannot be resold or restocked, and therefore cannot be refunded.
